Classroom Trainings and Certifications:

  • Business Selling FoundationsThis class will teach you or improve the most Fundamental elements of your Sales Skills and Techniques. This class really gives a foundation of how to prospect, engage, and sell any product to any business. Examples of this range from  learning the science of using “the numbers game” to your advantage by creating a plan to “back into success”, to practical closing techniques, and everything in between. 
  • Impact Selling – Transactional selling course on how to quickly make an impactful first  impression, position a solution, and “first call close”. In this course you or your team will learn effective cold calling tactics to get in front of decision makers quickly, present a product or service in a way that creates an impulse decision to buy, and then use that “first impression” to follow up and expand the business into recurring revenue.
  • Solutions Selling (the power of questions) – Versatile course teaching strategic discovery processes using the power of questions to uncover a customer’s need, and strategically align a product or services to meet that need. In this training, you or your team will learn how to be experts in asking questions so that they can control the conversation, but gain the customer’s trust and confidence as a trusted advisor, in order to gain their business.
  • Business Need Selling – This second part to Solutions Selling take a  deeper dive into the psychology behind Solutions Selling so that you or your team uses the strategic discovery processes to make a greater impact by tying the customer need and your product or service together, as a solution to the root Business Need.
  • TCO Selling – Selling to C-Level Executives solely focused on Business Performance Metrics. In this training, we teach you or your team how to prospect and get an audience with C-Level Executives so that they can then impact the customer’s Business Performance Metrics through Process and Efficiency Improvement. Total Cost of Ownership Selling will exponentially improve the level of you or your team’s performance, as it repositions you beyond salesperson to business consultant.

Field Training Programs:

  • Field Training – In the field training, from cold calls to closing. This real world coaching and mentorship program is a field-based training that can be offered as a stand alone program, before, or as a follow up to our Classroom Trainings. As a second set of eyes to your team, we encourage, challenge, and assist them with making sure they are executing on the fundamentals in the field as well as challenging themselves to improve and grow at their sales profession.
  • Performance Improvement Coaching – In the field program where we coach and develop your team members that need some extra attention. From time management to negotiation skills we provide an assessment of your salespeople, and then help you build and execute a plan to get them performing and successful.
  • Market Blitz Management – We offer custom programs to help you leverage your current sales team to Blitz specific market segments at the same time. These creative programs are designed to inspire, fuel, and energize your team, while helping you make a Big Impact on specific market segments in a short amount of time.
