Sales Manager as a Service
As your Sales Manager, we train, develop, and ensure the growth and accountability of your sales team. This can go hand in hand with our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) Program or stand alone to execute the strategy of your CRO.
We start with doing a discovery to understand your sales goals and strategy, as well as an evaluation of your current team to get familiar with their strengths and weaknesses. From there, we implement a customized program to spend consistent time with them to train them, develop them, and add healthy accountabilities around the specific KPIs that will drive your revenue growth forward. This will also include a weekly sales and accountability meeting, as well as monthly meeting reporting back to you on all key metrics to the business and the health of the team.
